    I had a breast scan in April 2023 at the Sir Ludwig Centre and received no letter with my results. I telephoned the Sir Ludwig Centre but only got though to the GP Practice based there and they had no contact numbers for the outpatient departments or the breast screening dept within their building. I even telephoned Homerton Hospital appointments department to see if they could get in touch with the breast screening unit at the Sir Ludwig Centre but they too were unable to help me. I obviously was anxious to receive the results, especially as my mother died from breast cancer. I got in touch with my GP Practice, Lower Clapton HC at the beginning of July. The reception staff and the Medical Secretary, Christina, continually chased this up for me. Eventually they got my results at the end of July. I am so thankful to the reception staff and Christina for their perseverance, patience and their caring service. They are a wonderful team and a credit to Lower Clapton. The services I and my partner have received from Lower Clapton over the years has been excellent we are lucky to have such a dedicated team of doctors and health professionals.
