    I had a great experience with the nurse at my GP surgery! From the moment I got there, the nurse was friendly, kind, and made me feel really comfortable. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was okay during the whole appointment. The whole visit was easy, and I left feeling confident about the advice and treatment I got.

    Absolutely awful practice. Pharmacist medication review didn’t go ahead. No corrspondance Call to find out what is happening to be told it’s cancelled - rescheduled for Tuesday - no call - call to surgery said changed to Wednesday am- advised that it needs to be a pm appointment and this has been written on paperwork. Still no phone call - called surgery again - apparently called in the am (this is in fact a lie - no missed call and no answer phone message left) and even if this was the case - it goes against what was written and explained to the receptionist on more than one occasion the call needs to be in the afternoon.
