Review titled General Compplaint
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Richard A - Posted on 08 October 2024
So I am a 7Valley medical practice patient however I love the other side of the river so ideally an appointment at Henwick would of been more suitable for me, unfortunately I was around 10 mins late for my appointment after travelling from the other side of Worcester and through numerous amounts of traffic lights and getting stuck in traffic on several occasions I managed to arrive and try to check in to be told I’d missed my appointment :( and was given a new appointment in 3 weeks time, having already waited 4 weeks or more for this appointment you can see my appointment and frustration especially as this was a crucial men’s health check up, my brother has recently passed away from diabetes so it’s a worry for me about myself so having this check up is important to me and now I am having to wait longer due to being late through no fault of my own other than being stuck in lots of traffic and ah I g to use a medical centre that I don’t normally use.

Review titled Felt listened to.
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Hannah Ince - Posted on 27 September 2024
I saw a GP regarding a referral to an out of area specialist in a relatively unknown condition. The GP was honest in saying that had not heard of this condition, but listened to me and was eager to understand. The consultation was through and they wanted to know all the information I had collected regarding the referral. The referral was completed the next day. Thank you for listening and acting on my request.

Review titled The Steady Descent Into Appalling Service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 08 July 2024
I have been a patient at Llypard Grange Medical Centre since it's very early days. The service has steadily decreased in quality. This past week Input in a repeat prescription request, all with the appropriate time frames, and 6 days later still no prescription sent to Pharmacy. I rang and chose the non appointment option onto the phone and received a 20 minute wait for someone to render absolutely no assistance, instead she passed the buck to the doctor on triage. So I have given them 30 minutes have checked and still no prescription, instead an appointment to see a doctor has popped onto the system for today at 13.03 which I was not notified about and is in 8 minutes. I live 15 minutes from the surgery. Completely unacceptable, the level of indifference to patients is mind boggling. You cannot get an appointment in advance you must call from 8 am that day and wait in the queue best I have ever had in said queue was a 25 minute wait. No one seems to give two hoots if the service is Poor. I am seriously looking for a new Doctors as I have had enough of being what seems to be a nuisance to everyone at this surgery. Yours Extraordinarily Annoyed Robin Sach

Review titled Appalling receptionist
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 17 August 2023
I attended the surgery today, first time in a while to write out a repeat prescription. Been a patient for 25 years and up to now have always been greeted with professional and helpful staff until today. I rang the desk bell and waited, no response, I waited a few minutes and could see admin staff inside the office not on the phone, I rang the bell again although the notice besides it advised not to as staff could be busy on the phone, they weren’t, surgery was empty and I had a job to get to. I was greeted by the most obnoxious receptionist ever who ticked me off for ringing the bell twice. I sincerely recommend training is provided in customer service.

Review titled Extremely bad service
Rated 1 star out of 5

I ordered my repeat medication two weeks ago through the NHS app to be sent to my nominated pharmacy. It was very important daily medication that was not sent to my pharmacy and instead printed at the doctors. After ringing the surgery to say how disappointed I was with the service that no one had acted on my behalf to sort this medicine for me I was rudely just cut off by the admin lady on the phone. I was highlighting that I hoped no one else had the problem again and maybe training needs to take place. I am absolutely astounded by how rude the lady on the phone was and having to wait 35 minutes just to speak to somebody. I hope this service does not happen to anybody else as it has left me without medication and extremely anxious and upset as a result of having to chase it all and find out what had happened myself.
