I was made very welcome, and relaxed.The doctor/consultant was very helpful, not only diagnosing my symptoms but also explaining why the symptoms were happening.

phoned the surgery at 8 am and only waited 5 minutes to be answered. the receptionist sent me a link for amina and explained how the system worked. I completed the link and received a call back 10 minutes later offering me an appointment that afternoon. the clinician I saw was very thorough and friendly.

I waited 45 minutes for my appointment however I appreciate the staff are busy and sometimes it doesn't take much to create delays in appointments being seen on time. I would like to say I do not like the anima appointment thing it just seems to be another opportunity not to talk to patients .

I filled in the form online at 08.45 and by 09.10 had a text offering me a face to face appointment the same day. Prescribed antibiotics and steroids, plus form for chest xray. I was listened to and treated respectfully and with understanding and care. I know breathing issues are probably priority, but I was so impressed with how quick I was dealt with.

Using new online booking form has been brilliant. Request put in at 07:30 and seen face to face at 09:45. Thorough check over, friendly and caring. Prescriptions sent straight to local pharmacy Thank you

Maidstone Rd Chatham Surgery have the friendliest staff ever, the receptionist team make such an effort to be kind and make sure your needs are met. I have honestly never met such kind staff in what can be such a high pressure role!
