I filled out the anima referral for a 18 month old child just before 8am and was contacted just after 8am by phone and email to confirm an appointment for that morning. On arrival at the surgery we were able to see the GP after a short wait and was prescribed medication to treat the condition that was sent direct to the pharmacy. Staff on reception were friendly as was the GP.

Went up to surgery for blood test. Was called in a few minutes after I got there. Blood test was done very quickly and professionally.

Made a request through anima app and was seen same morning by nurse practitioner and prescribed antibiotics

Only a blood test but quick efficient and friendly staff in the practice. Waiting room clean well presented and warm in a very chilly day

Only in for a flu jab this time, but reception booked me and I was called about 5 minutes later and dealt with effectively. On other occasions I have been entirely satisfied with how my problems have been dealt with

I was seen on time by the clinical pharmacist at my review of medication which was recently changed. She was helpful & supportive & has even given me another follow up appointment in 6 wks which I was pleased about.

I am terrified of needles so it can be difficult for blood tests. However the phlebotomy nurse was very kind , caring and understanding. She took her time, never made me feel stupid, and was very considerate and gentle. The practice nurse/manager came in to hold my hand and was also kind and considerate. I would recommend them very highly.
