The nurse’s took my details of why I needed to speak with him, I said I needed a referral to the Medway hospital regarding support for my feet.

I have booked my appointment today as an emergency and was excepted. The clinician doctor, who saw me (don’t know his name…very sorry) acted very professionally… was very attentive, caring and a great person in general. He made me feel safe, relaxed and comfortable… as well as he reassured me I would be fine. I’m very satisfied with my visit. Thanks.

My elderly mum needed to discuss the outcome of blood tests and a medication review with her GP. Knowing mum had a dental appointment the GP rang early so mum did not feel under pressure. She was patient,kind and explained everything clearly .We have found the all staff to be helpful and accommodating .My mum is over 90 but is always made to feel valued and listened to .

Reception staff very helpful from early morning on the phone due to having problems with the anima app. Doctor was very thorough.I never have any complaints over this surgery and feel that they have always been quick with information and appointments.

Initially was upset that I could not make a clinicians appointment by phone on the previous day .Next morning used the triage system and received a very prompt reply and was seen that day .As I felt very unwell was very happy with this response and the care I received
