The doctor listened to me. Examined me. Careful with my problem, have me clear instructions and that I needed an X ray, then what happens after.

Had a review with GP to discuss Radiology reports. The GP was very reassuring. Gave the good news that there was no evidence of malignancy. The GP then was happy to go through the events of the last 6 weeks and discuss the plan for the next 2 weeks. There was no clock watching. It was all about me as the patient.

Staff all seem friendly, Nurse is very good with getting the children's vaccinations done fast and well

This visiting doctor was excellent although he wants to retire he was old school someone who listened and engaged with you the patient and you weren’t rushed .

Was not impressed with the way I was received,was told to be quick before I had spoken One word,medic seemed quite rude.musnt complain must I.

The Pharmacist here is wonderful. Lovely, personable and knowledgeable. My blood pressure is down to levels I've not seen before and I'm prompted to book follow up appointments (left to my own devices likely won't happen).

I have just seen the Advanced Clinician and cannot praise this lady enough. She was very welcoming, reassuring and I did not feel rushed in my appointment. Thank you for putting my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

The Dr spent time to listen and really take note of my symptoms. He didn’t rush me and I didn’t feel like he was wanting to get me out by the allotted 15mins. I felt safe in the knowledge that he was going to help me get the right diagnosis. Thank you!
