Visited for an appointment with the nurse. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Seen on time. Saw the nurse, who as always is supportive, considerate and informative.

I attended the surgery today 23/07/2024 and was very impressed about how the review was carried out for my consultation from 6 weeks ago. Professionalism and courtesy shorn in the review and I’m very pleased with the service.

When I called this morning to ask why the anima had closed early, I was offered a same day appointment by the receptionist who was so friendly and helpful. Even though the appointment was running late the doctor was so friendly and helpful, if only she could be there all the time! I was so happy with the kind and helpfulness of both, much appreciated!

I went on the Anima App at 8am and received an appointment the same day, the GP that I saw was amazing and exceptionally helpful

This was a meds review with the pharmacist practitioner. I take around 15 meds. An hour review. Covered the inter-reactions which have been causing problems. Tackled the coordination of the meds which are different strengths of the same drug. We discussed the errors that have happened in dispensing by the organisation. Very well informed; listened well; a warm,caring person.

Booking the appointment in person was easy and done in a friendly manner. On arrival I was directed to a machine for my weight, height and BP. I was sat waiting for less than a minute before I was called into bed seen. The staff were friendly and reassuring.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment there was a disabled parking bay I was able to use and I was promptly seen. The receptionist was polite and helpful
