Maidstone Rd Chatham Surgery have the friendliest staff ever, the receptionist team make such an effort to be kind and make sure your needs are met. I have honestly never met such kind staff in what can be such a high pressure role!

Lovely clinical staff, kind and professional. Although you may see different doctors, or the nurse team, I have received excellent care.

The Nurse was very efficient and administered A Shingles needle jab without any pain. The scheduled appointment of 11.20am was bang on time and as described everything went smoothly.

My 3yo had his vaccination today by a nurse at the practice and she was so patient and lovely as well as efficient. Always a warm welcome at this practice and they prioritise your care.

The nurse who gave me an Implant injection was vert professional in putting my mind at rest. She explained the possible side effects of the injection and was very helpful overall.

Both practioner and reception were very friendly and professional. I was able to bring my appointment to an earlier time, which was helpful to me. The practioner was thoughtful and very clear with details and information I asked for.

I recently moved area and registered with the surgery. Since then we have founds all staff to be extremely helpful and patient focused. The reception staff are also amazing - always willing to listen and assist. Great practice.
