    I made an online request at 7am, by 8am I’d been asked to call in to book an appointment. I was seen by the GP at 9.20. And had the medicine in my hand by 9.45.

    Receptionist on calling for appt very helpful and kind, not always the case.dr was efficient, friendly, listened and I did not feel hurried to the door!!

    I used the online service to book an appointment and received a phone call about an hour later, giving me an appointment for later that morning. I was seen within a short time of arriving.

    Triaged online. Practice called 10 mins later and gave me a same day appt. Saw nurse practitioner who assessed me quickly and prescribed antibiotics.

    My dad was visiting and needed an inhaler. The staff were exceptionally helpful keeping me informed and phoning when it was ready to collect. Outstanding service. Very much appreciated.

    By reason of age, I was invited by sms to book an appointment for a Spring Covid Booster vaccination. The process of booking an appointment was straightforward and the process on arrival at the surgery was smooth as clockwork. From registering at the desk to the doctor administering the vaccine to leaving was a matter of minutes. The friendliness of staff also needs a mention. Thank you.
