I needed to see a GP at the practice recently. I am very impressed by the service at this practice. From the helpful reception staff and practice manager, practice nurse and all the different doctors who cared for me. I felt respected as a patient and received information that I needed to understand my symptoms and follow ups that were required. Phone calls and face to face consultations were excellent. It’s been a very busy time at the practice but the staff are very caring and I am grateful to them all. A great team.

First I tried to call and set up an appointment. Staff member told me I had to book online. I asked her to email me the link to book online and she replied by putting me on hold for 10 minutes and then cut me off. Eventually found the service online, eventually found the link to book an appointment. I could not book an appointment online because all their appointments for the day were filled. There is no option to book an appointment for another day. What is the point of a booking system that doesn't allow you to book ahead? What a very poor excuse for a service. What makes it worse is that I wasn't even calling for myself, I was calling on behalf of a person I support, who is unable to to make this booking themselves.
