I had a problem which needed resolving and I was quickly given an urgent appointment with the nurse and the GP all within 3/4 of phoning. Not only that but I was given what I consider to be the correct treatment for my problem

Having been discharged from hospital following back surgery, neither I or my disabled wife were offered any help or support even when requested.
