The EConsul is very confusing. Doctor sent a text for my husband to make an appointment re his blood test. Couldn't get anywhere with the question kept going round in circles. I wrote it was to do with blood results for diabetes, it came up, couldnt be found. I gave up, later my husband found his way in, can't remember how. I wrote in the box he needed an appointment. It then went on asking things about depression & anxiety, neither of which was our concern. I pushed on, I was told my husband would get hopefully get a call back by 18.30 the following day. 48hrs later still waiting.

At 8am IPhone the surgery to get a referral..I explained the nurse that I couldn’t do e-consult bookings,so she very kindly did it for me so I am sorry I didn’t get the nurses name but I was so grateful for her help she probably won’t realise how relieved I was when she did it for . Thank you once again to that nurse who helped me at 8am

It was a good service but rushed service. Spoke to Doctor who was friendly and nice gentleman. The NHS has changed and not for the good of patients.

Absolutely appalling, i waited 2 years to be told of a diagnosis while i suffered in pain, 2 years to be given Xray results, and today i awaited a phone call that obviously never made it so it continues, i really have no idea why they are even there anymore.

A helpful, friendly and efficient practice and greeted with a smile. Had an issue with the e consult online service, didn't know how to use it properly and had an appointment on day I wasn't available. I was kindly shown how to use this site with patience and helped to make a new appointment. Thanks :))

The nurses at the Practice are very good. It is however almost impossible to get connected if you telephone in the morning so how you get a GP appointment I do not know.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have had difficulty telephoning us. Our telephone lines are extremely busy first thing in the morning. You are able to contact us through the e consult service which is open from 18:00 - 20:00 Sunday to Thursday for appointments.

I've been looking at the nhs website for 10 days online advice or appointment, it's always closed. The last time I went to the gp physically 2 days ago and they didn't even take me to the door, I told the secretary who spoke on the intercom that my child was sick due to severe coughing and I couldn't get an online appointment. They said that I could get online service between working hours and they repeated the same words. However, their online service is closed 24/7.
