Review titled Shut this place down
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 30 October 2024
This practise and any other associated with it should be shut down. They haven’t got a clue how to handle people. I’ve been waiting for 2 days for a call back and when I call your waiting for ages for some to even answer. Absolute joke

For 3 days now I have rang up at 8am to try and get a sake day appointment everyday i have been told there are no appointments left, but everyday they have asked what the appointment is for I have said mental health everytime and still nothing. There should be appointments specially made for mental health.

Review titled Disappointed

I went to the Gp and was seen by a guy who seemed bored and not interested at all. I tried to tell him my symptoms and he wouldn’t listen and told me to go to the pharmacy. He didn’t even confirm my name when i walked in. He looked at me with disgust. Like i wasn’t supposed to be there at all. Last time the same go sent me home with a temperature of 38 and no follow up

Review titled Ignores NHS letters
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Amitkumar Tandel - Posted on 06 August 2024
We received a letter from Child Health Service team informing us date, time and place of immunisation for our 3 month baby. On reaching the GP practice, we were turned away saying ignore the letter and we will call you when we think baby is due for immunisation. Did not provided any explanation on letter or appointment and the person in charge of surgery said the same thing of ignoring NHS letter and waiting for call from Surgery. This happened with first immunisation as well. What is the point of NHS appointment letter if we have to ignore them and wait for Surgery to call and offer what they think is right? The appointment was still showing on their clinic service and was not cancelled. If a babies immunisation appointment is treated in this way than I can't imagine what would happen with other. Poor service.

I am very disappointed with the surgery they aren't interested in patients I have been to LRI adult emergency department and they referred me to see my GP (The report from LRI emergency dept hasn't been put on my records on line also) Been calling the surgery but no appointment is available I will only get the appointment to see a doctor if I called them by 8.30am which I did and I was 28th person in the queue, I was on the phone for 55 minutes and when answered I was told to call next day as they have no appointment Asked to get me an appointment within few days said sorry and my call was cut Very disappointed with this surgery Hope they improve Looks like no one is bothered Still I wish them well

Review titled Shocking!!

Been on hold for 25 mins but apparently number one in the que?? Still on hold whilst writing this. Staff try their best. Management need to buck their ideas up. Not good enough they’ve got a contract with the nhs to fullfill. Number one in que must be the phones on silent surely??
