I had an amazing experience at the Pharmacy of Girlington Health Centre where my son received his flu and COVID jabs through the walk-in service. Their customer service was top-notch, the listened, they explained, they solicited patient participation in the service, and they went above and beyond yet such outstanding service was accorded to all patients uniformly. All the staff were exceptional chief among them Sarah. The next day, we went back to the pharmacy with a prescription for mental health meds. Again, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and personal dedication to explaining and manually translating a complex prescription that had daily changing doses over seven consecutive days. I was blown away by the professionalism and expertise displayed by Sarah.

After requesting the GP practice for an investigation as per doctors suggestion through patch I didn't recieved any update from the GP. Just a message saying that it's passed to GP. Enquired at the reception about the same told they got the request but no updates even not a date was given for the investigation to be carried out. I feel very bad experience.
