    I put a prescription through on there website at 7:35 am, the prescription was not dealt with or acknowledged even though I do this routinely, I have had a recent hernia operation and I have been in considerable pain 20 days prior of trying to get this prescription, I then spent 1hr 45 mins that afternoon trying to call them without prevail on different numbers, this doctors practice is a joke & I would strongly recommend find a different surgery.

Prescription requests usually take 48h and when you placed your request online you should have received a message confirming this had gone through. You signed off your review anonymously, which means that I am unable to investigate your issue. It would be great if you can contact us with your name so we can look into this for you. I am extremely sorry for the long waits you have experienced which is due to winter pressure which causes an increase in patient call demand, as well as contributing to an increase in unplannned absences in our own team, which is currently impacting our resource to answer patient calls as quickly as we would like.     I needed to put an eConsult in at the begining of the month for knee pain and was booked in for a telephone consultation with a physio the next working day who gave me a treatment plan. Unfortunately this didn't help so I submitted a new eConsult and was phoned by my GP the next day. He listened really carefully to my issue and preferred treatment option and booked me in immediately for an xray and for a cortisone injection which I received the next day. At all times I was kept fully informed of the options I had and my wishes were very much taken into account. All staff at the practice are friendly and professional and treat you as individuals with your own specific needs. Excellent.

    I went to my surgery worried about my blood pressure which was extremely high. I did not have an appointment. The wonderful lady at reception listened to me attentively and afterwards I showed her a screenshot of my blood pressure reading. She told me it was very high and that she was going to try and fit me in to be seen the nurse. Sure to her promise she called my name to me seen by the nurse after waiting for about five minutes. The nurse was amazing too. She took my blood pressure twice and commented it was too high. She told me to wait in reception area as she needed to speak to the Doctor to see if something can be done urgently. Later, the Doctor advised me to take another blood pressure tablet when I got home (which was three minutes away). The Doctor reviewed my medication and did a new reviewed medication prescription straight away. The Doctor told me my reviewed medication would be ready for pick up at my pharmacy the next day. Thank you for the amazing service!! Your support and service was exceptional and second to none.

    Your Review: I was given a phone appointment with a dr from this surgery by my own surgery as they were too busy. Due to working and not being given a time for the call I was away from My phone for 2 minutes and missed the call from da doctor who left me a voicemail saying to call her back but no number. I rung the number she called from which was manor park surgery to be told it was impossible to find or speak to the dr and to call my own surgery. My own surgery said it’s not one of their drs so they couldn’t help and to ring manor park again. Rung manor park again and was again told it was impossible to locate the doctor, even though she has called from the surgery number. So after waiting in phone queues for over an hour I am left in severe pain and nobody is interested
