This practice is by far the best practice I have been to in the UK. From the initial phone call till leaving the building, the service was 10/10. They treat all of their patients with such love and care and it does not go unnoticed. They deserve a lot more credit than what is being given. I honestly wish more practices were like this, it would make the visit to the doctors that much more pleasant. The doctor that saw me was a Romanian lady (apologies I forgot her name) but she was lovely and took such care. The kindness shown in this practice is the best Iv'e experienced in my 15 years of being in the UK. Thank you!!!

I was attended to by a compassionate, kind and caring professional who helped me overcome the frustration of the difficulties I had trying to get an appointment to be seen. Even though I was in pain I had to wait until I could be seen today due to the current appointment system. Yesterday, by the time I called I was over number 30 and after waiting for a long time I was informed there were no appointments. To be seen today I had to wait in the cold outside the surgery waiting for the door to open at 8 o’clock

Called this morning and was offered a real appointment with a doctor a couple of hours later. Doctor was very good; helpful and clear. I was referred for an x-ray immediately, which I had 30 minutes later at the Jubilee Centre. I then collected a prescription from a pharmacy. It was all done within 2 hours. Amazing.

I was very pleased and impressed to get a call, following up on my recent cancer treatment. I didn’t make an appointment, but the surgery called to ask how I was progressing and to offer any care and/or support I might need. I know how busy GPs are and I really appreciated the interest.

I was seen by a doctor and was happy with the way she treated me. She took me seriously when I told her about the problem I have and referred me to the specialist with a 2 week urgent appointment. She was kind and friendly and listened very well. Shame she is not practicing in the main surgery. Bit of a drag to go to the Roundshaw practise, but it is what it is.

I came to see Dr A kk . I had spoken to her two weeks before and she arranged my blood tests . When I went to see her on 21/06/2024 . She was very knowledgeable of what was wrong with me and she listened and was very caring . A great GP in a very stressed NHS . I am very grateful for the help and understanding that she had for me . I had also seen nurse who was polite and explained everything that she was going to do . Overall fantastic service .

I would love to give a glowing review of my asthma nurse as I really appreciated her help with learning how to administer a potential life threatening adrenal crisis. I learnt how to self inject, this is vitally important as I could be in a position that this is needed, my mum was with me and has also learnt how to inject me with hydrocortisone if needed. I feel very comfortable with my nurse and she really helps me with all sorts of different questions that I may have.

I cannot praise enough how much dr r has made our lives easy, we have been with him for over a decade and we have had nothing short of exceptional experiences. He was with us throughout all our challenges and made it 100 times easier than it should’ve been. I would also like to add that his wife has also been an absolute rock and comfort zone for us too, we couldn’t imagine our lives without their due care and attention towards our family at all times. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate the two and we hope that they are with us for many more years to come.
