I came to see Dr A kk . I had spoken to her two weeks before and she arranged my blood tests . When I went to see her on 21/06/2024 . She was very knowledgeable of what was wrong with me and she listened and was very caring . A great GP in a very stressed NHS . I am very grateful for the help and understanding that she had for me . I had also seen nurse who was polite and explained everything that she was going to do . Overall fantastic service .

I would love to give a glowing review of my asthma nurse as I really appreciated her help with learning how to administer a potential life threatening adrenal crisis. I learnt how to self inject, this is vitally important as I could be in a position that this is needed, my mum was with me and has also learnt how to inject me with hydrocortisone if needed. I feel very comfortable with my nurse and she really helps me with all sorts of different questions that I may have.

I cannot praise enough how much dr r has made our lives easy, we have been with him for over a decade and we have had nothing short of exceptional experiences. He was with us throughout all our challenges and made it 100 times easier than it should’ve been. I would also like to add that his wife has also been an absolute rock and comfort zone for us too, we couldn’t imagine our lives without their due care and attention towards our family at all times. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate the two and we hope that they are with us for many more years to come.

Efficient booking system. The doctors were very attentive, understanding and compassionate with a great sense of humour. Feel very well cared for and that the doctors had my best interest when providing care.

Went there for an out of hours doctors hub referred by my usual gp. Went there for back pain I’ve been dealing with for around 2 years now. Described my pain and some maybe causes like how I have to stand up a lot for work. Man was very snarky and told me I’m too young to be having these problems. Then told me maybe I need to look into having a career change instead of giving me actual doctor advice. Didn’t go there to be told I need to change my whole life plan. Refused to give me any pain medication and just said to use ibuprofen. Still in a lot of pain and don’t know where to go from here. Just thought this whole experience was very unprofessional and a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. There are loads of other gps with much nicer, compassionate doctors.

I put in. Prescription request via email at approximately 5:30am today. At 3:30pm the chemist text me to say my items were ready. Also I have had to visit or call you a bit more this month & your staff have been absolutely amazing. Thank you.

I call Manor Practice regularly as my daughter has a chronic medical condition. I removed my daughters and I from our previous GP practice (where I had been a patient for 40 years) a couple of years ago due to some of the Reception team there being very unhelpful and unempathetic. I am so glad we moved to Manor Practice. The Reception team here have been, without exception, constantly kind, empathetic, helpful, professional and they always go the extra mile. I feel like we are in really safe hands with them. I want to say a big thank you for all of the support.
