Terrible. Rang at 8:01 & was 51 in the line for a call back. Staff rude. Very rude. The new guy starting at the desk kindly informed me unless i'm in the first 15 to ring i won't be getting an appointment. The surgery is dirty. Staff feel noway telling someone "i don't understand, what do you want?" very rude if you ask me. Attempting to leave this gp because it's not worth my health.

I have been a patient at the practice since it opened and always previously spoke to friends with pride about the surgery and the great experiences I had accessing doctors and services. Today I visited for the first time since all the changes. As with the other reviews I have read I found the doctor excellent. Booking an appointment though was deeply stressful. Very hard to successfully get an appointment. The system has made me very anxious about my fast approaching old age and how I might manage getting an appointment if I live alone and am very ill. Crooked arthritic fingers are a handicap in the speedy dialling contest.

Dear Patient, Sorry to hear about your concerns. The Practice offers appointments on the day and in advance. Appointments are available to be booked through NHS app or by phoning/visiting the Practice. For urgent appointments the patients are given the choice to be seen by the Duty GP if no appointments are left for the day. There are also additional appointments with the Hub during the week and weekends. If you continue to experience any problems in booking an appointment, please do let us know so that we can investigate the reason for that. Thank you Management Team

I attended about my medical issues. My doctor never seemed rushed and took the time to understand the symptoms I have reported. They are efficient in making onwards referrals.

All staff are courteous, kind and helpful. I’m very pleased with recent treatment and couldn’t have asked for better. I have multiple problems, most of which have been dealt with to my satisfaction. I saw my doctor who understood me, he listened to me. He talked me through a particularly unusual situation without saying a lot really. I was very relieved and much happier after. I have had various hospital procedures in a reasonable time period and completely understand what’s happening. I have confidence that I will remain safe in what’s to come in the near future. My thanks to everyone.

My doctor is very caring and very helpful with my stressful situation. Feel so confident with her. One of the receptionist’s at this practice is amazing. You when when she answers she will do all she can to help you.
