I was a bit nervous about my appointment and my nurse made me feel at home straight away. She was kind, supportive and she told me there was nothing to worry about. I am very thankful of how amazing my appointment went.

I saw the nurse practitioner this morning, she was fantastic. Saw to me so quickly, efficiently and made sure to be clear on how quickly I needed to begin taking my antibiotics. Always makes me feel very cared for and well looked after. She is a credit to the surgery.

Seen due to chest infection, medication checked breathing checked, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels checked. Salbutamol given, offering great relief referral to respiratory department. Further appointment made to follow up at manor primary care.

My mum has recently died and she was a patient at this practice for many years. I would like to thank all the staff including reception, administration, practice nurses and the doctors for all the care they have provided. Also for the compassion they have shown since her death. It really is appreciated.

Attended for routine check up having been prompted by the practice. Excellent service identified a couple of issues that have been followed up on. Was able today to receive an injection followed up by an appointment with the GP who requested further tests. The nurse’s were able to provide immediate collection of specimens for these tests without having to rebook further appointment. I was then able to book via the receptionist the following follow up appointment with the GP that day for results and treatment plan. Excellent service from just a nurse led drop in

I don't normally like going the doctors, but the nurse we go to see is fab, so understanding and listens, you don't feel like a number...
