Review titled Accessible and professional
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mike - Posted on 22 September 2024
Conduct thorough examinations leaving nothing to chance just in case there is a problem which would benefit from early intervention. Compared to my experience elsewhere, easy to contact and get seen or advised over the phone.

Review titled Bad injection experience
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Chris Hall - Posted on 05 October 2024
I had a shingles injection 3 weeks ago. It was extremely painful at the time and my arm swelled afterwards. It's still tender to touch and painful when I lift my arm. I've been told that the needle was inserted too high up my arm and the muscle is damaged.

Review titled Outstanding care.
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Hilary - Posted on 01 October 2024
I thoroughly recommend this practice. After an initial screening by phone appointment I was given an in-person appointment, which lasted 15 minutes, thereby giving me the opportunity to discuss 4 separate issues, and a decision was made about referral. I was treated as an individual, and asked if I minded if a student sat in on the consultation. I was fine with that. The referral forms were dealt with promptly.

by Paul Buttler - Posted on 23 August 2024
Thank you all very much for the recent help several of your staff have provided me with, and the continual patience as well. It's been a very difficult, particularly this week , time with what appears to be a case of severe anxiety relapsing. I'm very grateful to you all. Thanks Paul

I attended for an NHS travel vaccine. The first appointment had to be cancelled because of computer outage and the practice was prompt and made a new appointment quickly. The appointment was very punctual and quick.

Review titled Fabulous Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by John Marjot - Posted on 07 June 2024
My meeting with the Respiratory nurse recently was organised so quickly and efficiently and I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I have also seen two practice doctors about my asthma this year and in both these case the professionalism of these and all staff has been outstanding. The care I have received has made a huge difference to my asthma control. Thank you so much.

Review titled Arrangements for an endoscopy
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by David Barker - Posted on 27 May 2024
Many thanks for dealing very efficiently with the arrangement for a stomach endoscopy at Bicester. I attended on Sunday 26 May, the experience though slightly uncomfortable was a feather in the cap for the much maligned NHS survive. Perhaps contracting out this sort of procedure is the way forward?
