I just want to thank the Doctor I saw for my consultation. I believe a recent appointment at The Manor. The doctor was very welcoming and really covered the issues well. I was given a clear action plan for two problems and came away feeling it was a very worthwhile meeting. I went for the various tests and examinations which were recommended. The doctor then followed up with a phone appointment to talk through the results and suggest further treatment. I felt everything was well-considered and that I received great personal consideration. Excellent all round.

The costumers service was really bad the receptionist was really horrible she was really rude..... and that way ?? Because I am not British?? Or Because she couldn't want to try to understand me ??? I don't really know but still that is not normal I wanted to book call appointments and she forced me to do it online I can't do it on line I told her amd she didn't care so she close the phone and I was still speaking to her trying to explain her my situation that is a serious problem something you need to do... no everyone speak perfect English.

I was given an appointment in less than 24 hours with a GP. The online system and communication back from the practice was really clear and efficient. The GP was kind and knowledgable and also prepared to give a view/opinion for which I’m really grateful. Thank-you!

We have recently joined the practice from another nearby and the difference has been amazing. The staff take immense trouble and the doctors could not do more. One gave me his mobile phone number in case of emergency hospital admission over the weekend. We are so grateful.

Another courteous, professional and efficient receptionist sorting me out with an appointment with my actual GP and not just another available doctor. Even with their computer going down mid-booking, they manage to stay cheerful and focused whilst getting the job done. Great practice, we are lucky around here.
