I just want to say thank you. We live in Kennington, and ever since our care was taken over by the Manor Surgery, it has been so much better. If we need an appointment we are given one quickly, the staff are always so helpful and friendly - from the admin team who answer the phones right through to the nurses and doctors. Communication is very quick and effective. Thank you to all of the team who work to make this happen, we are very grateful.

Gave blood test at 11am on the Thursday and received the results by 9.30am next day. Excellent service.

Stunning performance at Saturday’s vaccination clinic. Help was given to the needy as soon as they came into sight. Care was taken to check patient details, all in the friendliest way imaginable. They were even vaccinating through an open window to ensure that nobody was kept waiting!

I attended the flu/covid session with my husband on 12/10, but I was not allowed to have the Covid jab. This is despite the fact that I have had the Covid jab and subsequent booster jab on every occasion my husband has, ever since the Covid jab was rolled out 4 years ago. This quite disappointing as my husband has a heart condition and I feel I need to be protected against Covid just as much as he does.

I went to have my flu/ COVID vaccines. 5 minutes later I was done. Very well organised with lovely staff and helpers. Thank you.

It was a blood test but there were already notes indicating that my veins are not easily accessible and the best way to get blood. The HCA was friendly and efficient.

Always able to get an appointment. Always on time. Very thorough. All staff very pleasant. Easy to park at waitrose. My recent appointment was reassuring.
