Some Dr are do lovely like the Dr I spoke to today. More than helpful. but I got lucky today and some of the Dr are not so great

Since the new appointment request system has been brought in, we have had no problems at all - much easier and quicker to get an appointment. Staff are all lovely. I recently attended with my little boy who woke up with a swollen eye. The GP we saw was fantastic and could not have done more to help! He gave options for treatment with his recommendations and made me feel completely comfortable with the treatment my son received. He was amazing with my little boy too and put him completely at ease. He realised the potential severity of the problem and acted quickly to ensure it didn’t get worse. He also gave clear instructions on what to do next, especially if it didn’t get better over the course of the weekend. Overall, extremely happy with this surgery and would highly recommend!

I have attended Manor View Practice (and previously Callowland surgery) for many years and cannot speak highly enough of the care provided by the doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners etc - the whole team provide a great, caring environment with an increasing range of services. The receptionists also need a mention as they have a tough job trying to accommodate everyone but have always tried their best to ensure you either speak to or see a doctor if needed (the call back queuing system is also great at very busy times). Would thoroughly recommend the practice.

extremely slow, just came for blood pressure but I have to wait for half an hour. And the machine did not work properly and ask me to come back to test second time

A great service here for working people. Just got flu and covid jab on a Saturday morning. Easy to book, queued for under 3 minutes. Staff at entrance welcoming patients. Doctor very professional and smart. Super quick to administer the injections. Thank you.
