Easy to check in and my appointment time was met with accuracy. The pharmacist who saw me explained everything and even ordered some pills for me whilst I was there.

Last week I had a last minute cancellation for a blood test, but too late for me to realise. The super kind and pragmatic lead nurse fitted my test in between other appointments. And today I had a follow up with a doctor to discuss my ongoing medication. She was again super helpful and thoughtful and I was very pleased to be able to do this easily over the telephone. All in all I think the surgery really try hard to accommodate patients and make things simple.

I'm waiting 5 days for a doctor to write as referral letter for my daughter to see a psychologist. We are literally taking the work away from them and they still cannot send a simple letter. My child's mental health is deteriorating and I've tried using the correct channels to no avail. Complete lack of empathy and duty or care.

The surgery were very flexible with my appointment for my child. I went in for a flu vaccine and she technically wasn't a new compromise but had had quite a rough year and they talked me through it and they were really accommodating and then when I arrived they saw me really quickly. They were really upbeat. The system was really clear on where to go. They were very well organised

Since Manor View have taken over Theobald Street the level of service has greatly improved, no comparison to the poor service I received over the past years. Doctors listen to you and really seem to care. I now feel that I can contribute to the treatment I am given not just told to ‘take this’ or ‘do that’. Thank you

Phoned up and practice phoned me back, so no waiting in a queue (10 mins to call me back) appointment same day. Seen by GP with quick diagnosis and full explanation of problem. Given prescription and plan going forward. Faultless service that flies in the face of all of the adverse publicity around the NHS.

Been a registered Patient for more than many years, I have to say the receptionists GPs Clinical nurses and other stuff are very pleasant,reliable and always happy to help in their best way they can.. can not highly recommend this practice enough,no matter What pressure they are under their care is nothing sort of Excellent... keep Up The Good Work

On the day of my appointment I had arrived at Manor View GP practice about 10 minutes early. I was asked by very helpful and efficient receptionist to take a seat in the waiting area. About 15 minutes later, GP called me to accompany her to her treatment room She was very courteous and listened to my problems attentively She examined my knee where I was having lot of pain and advised that painkillers will help me manage the pain When I explained that problem with the my knee was coursing me to walk abnormally and was affecting my lifestyle, she recommended that she will refer me to the orthopaedic team, which has been done. Manor View has been my GP practice for more than 40 years and I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I receive
