Excellent response same morning to my completed online triage form - offered an appointment same morning at a local satellite surgery with practice nurse - wonderful from signing in through to consultation with both nurse practitioner and GP review - clear plan of care and review appointment also made. Very impressed with all aspects of my care/treatment

Needed an emergency consultation. Completed the triage online firm and got immediate confirmation that a doctor would call me back. Had my consultation, felt listened too and had all my questions answered. I felt reassured and confident that my needs were being met. Excellent service.

I used the patient triage, message sent to me stating that it had been received and within the hour I received a message stating that I would receive a phone call that afternoon. Phone call received and doctor was ver pleasant and helpful.

I found it difficult to find where I needed to fill this information in on-line for an appointment, but when I did it was easy to fill in and I got a response within 24 hours and then after sending more info a diagnosis and what to do next which negated me from having to visit the surgery, which was helpful.

Since Manor View Practice have taken over Theobald Practice our experience has been faultless. The doctors listen to you, referrals are made, communication is excellent, appointments are available as and when needed and as appropriate. The only downside is the number of appointments available which causes the triage system to be off line which can be frustrating but given that 111 is available to give you advice and emergency appointments if necessary and the receptionists are available for advice too there is little else they can do in the circumstances.

I am happy with this practice who dealt with me efficiently and prescribed what was needed. Surgery phoned me back for more details and was clear in discussing treatment.

I came for a blood test today, nurse was very friendly. Made me feel comfortable. Was seen before my actual appointment time. Receptionist asked if she could help.

Third call to speak to reception today 3pm and over 30 in the queue service has gone down hill dramatically, problems every time a prescription request is made, time to find a new gp practice
