Just had a routine blood test but booked this efficiently and seen earlier than scheduled appointment. Greeted nicely when I walked in and overloaded experience was excellent.

Arrived early at Borehamwood practice, seen earlier than expected. Staff helpful and pleasant. So much better than the reception at Bushey

Astonished at the fabulous service and aftercare this GP shows, made me feel settled and confident in explaining what I felt, an understanding and empathy was felt and appreciated

Never get though on phone can be 26 in the queue. Ask for assistance they say go to MVP on line. Twice I have requested 2 months supply of medication rather than a month, when I get prescription only 1 month given, practice told me request it on next prescription which I did still only issued 1 month no explanation as to why.

My first visit since registration for a blood test. Impressed they had read my notes as picked up on my blood thinning medication. Even more impressed that they managed to extract multiple samples first time - something no one outside a hospital had been able to do for the past 30 years. Overall a very pleasant experience - no hesitation in recommending.

i just had a blood pressure and test. the nurse is brilliant in her job. she is extremely professional and skillful in her work ,and I am very happy she is working for this clinic. i assure you that i always recommend borehamwood clinic to others. once more thank you -ezzat hashemi

I have been with this practice for 10 years and staff are always helpful and very professional. I feel listened to and have always received great treatment with follow up care. The only downside is the parking and can be stressful to wait for a space when you have an appointment.

I am very happy with the service. The surgery is open Saturdays and that is convenient for me. Today I went for the blood test as I am on my high blood pressure medication. Thank you Louise.
