On registering we were made to feel welcome and my blood test today continued to give positive vibes. My appointment took place on time, the person who took my blood was charming, efficient and made me feel confident but, most of all, I felt she was genuinely interested in my answers to her questions. The samples were taken quickly with no discomfort due to her capability.

I had a telephone review last Friday and the pharmacist was very helpful and patient. After several months of trying to get the dosage of my medication right, we finally got it right. I am so grateful that the pharmacist persevered with me.

This is a wonderful caring practice with excellent staff and Doctors and Nurses teams. I had an appointment with a nurse very early in the morning. She was on time professional and very kind and friendly. The reception team is also very good as well

The doctor I saw today was very supportive and comprehensive during the phone appointment and during the in person appointment today. I really appreciated her support and compassion.

The doctor saw my young daughter with acne and was very positive and supportive, giving her the treatment required with a bit of a supportive self esteem pep talk. I was offered an appointment the same day as my request, and when I could not make that I was offered one 2 days later. Excellent service, thank you so much!

I visited my usual doctor. She is always very helpful and understanding and puts me at ease.All the staff at manor view including the nurses and reception staff are very nice.

I left a triage and was given an appointment for an issue. When I had problems finding the prescribed medicine in stock at the pharmacies and addressed this to the practice, they very kindly located a pharmacy that had it in stock

Today I saw the nurse for a diabetic check up. She was spot on time, extremely nice very thorough very friendly and very helpful. Easy to chat too and very efficient…I would rate the service I have received as 110%…Thank you very much you are appreciated !!!

This morning I had an horrific experience with the extremely rude and unprofessional reception team at Manor View practice. First of all it's very difficult get through on the phone. You can be in queue position number 1 for 40 minutes and then they put phone down. If you are lucky to get your call answer then you deal with a rude and unprofessional receptionist. We need better qualified staff in reception as they are the first point of contact

I wish I could put the name of the doctor as she was just brilliant. After a couple of years of going backwards and forwards seeing different doctors. This doctor did a thorough check but really listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about the issue helping to put things right by correct treatment. Really makes a difference having a GP who takes time to listen and get to know you as a person rather than feeling like just a number.
