They take on patients with complex needs although they are not a complex care service, their mental health nurse is always off sick, or on annual leave. Admin are rude, obnoxious and speak over you basic respect is not given to patients by staff in this GP surgery, back in 2022 I attended for the one and only physical appointment I’ve been able to obtain in over a year of being their patient, there was no hand sanitiser available in the waiting area, GP room, or hand soap in the bathrooms. I need access to mental health services but have gone without this for over a year because I’m stuck with this appalling servcie.

Dear patient, We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our practice and for any distress this has caused. We regret the unavailability of our mental health nurse and are working to ensure more consistent cover. We try our best to accommodate mental health appointments, but due to high demand, there is a waiting time. Regarding hygiene, we will ensure that hand sanitiser and soap are always available. We are a very busy surgery and are trying our best to serve all our patients. Please email any concerns so we can discuss your concerns further and improve your experience.
