Your Review: I telephoned about a swollen knee the helpful reception lady triage me and book me in for that day, I saw a member if the team, and was given a through examination. I had a call from x-ray next day, and xray dine, also physio call booked, Thank you and well done all!

My appointment was on time . Both nurses were friendly and considerate. Both appointments were easy to book at a convenient time for me .

After over 10 years living in Marden the service received from receptionists who triage calls, practice nurses, paramedics, phlebotomists and the doctors has been fantastic. The Practice has really high standards and has always provided compassionate care. The patient load has probably doubled since I moved to the village but they still manage to provide short notice appointments which is great when you need to see someone quickly. Thank you to all the staff who clearly care for their patients. I am moving away and will miss having such a good service.

Today my wife made an appointment for me to see a doctor. I couldn’t bare the thought of being on hold and waiting for someone to answer, however this was not the case.from dialing the number to having an appointment was a matter of minutes. They had me see a paramedic instead of a doctor but the care was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The fact that I was quite sick and was able to see someone within an hour of calling speaks wonders about this surgery. They have always answered phones and made a time to see sick patients. I have not been at a more professional, friendly and well organized surgery that Marden medical centre.

Receptionist very kind and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment very quickly to see a gp who was excellent, took time to listen to all of my concerns and actioned things quickly. I needed some blood tests which were able to be done the same day. Phlebotomist was also very kind and made me feel comfortable with having bloods taken. Overall a fantastic experience with the centre.
