    Since the merger with Maritime Health it has become impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor,a telephone consult is near impossible an utter waste of time.

    Went for one procedure and came out having completed must outstanding medical conditions . Time wasn’t an issue which is always a better experience. Thank you

    The dr was very personable and put me at ease, she explained everything clearly and I felt she was extremely thorough. I’d be very happy to see her again anytime I need an appointment.

    Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and the surgery is always clean and tidy.would never hesitate from my experience to recommend this place to someone else.

    The 2 nurses were lovely and friendly made me feel at ease nothing was to much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed was nice seeing a actual person

    Doctor I saw today is Amazing and alway put you at easy and dose not make you feel uneasy ,as like some of the doctors, and one thing is try to get through to get appointment is horrible, it not our fought there so many phoning

    Was phoned in time for my consultation & my prescription was issued speedily and onto my apps. Brilliant. My only concern is that booking an appointment is challenging- please make this more straightforward and accessible.

    From receptionist through to Dr, excellent care and service, especially one particular Receptionist who over and beyond with support and communication. Dr was open, kind, informative. In fact treatment all round was excellent.

    An econsult form, 2 phone calls from a doctor (because the first one couldn't be answered due to being in an exam) and then needing to see the doctor face to face anyway. All this must have taken 3 times as long as a simple appointment that would have taken place before the pandemic. How can the practice not see how inefficient this is.
