  1. Review titled Nurse was amazing

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 11 November 2022

Triggwr warning for personal examination. I visited the Pentagon surgery today for a smear test which I was dreading. No one likes them, but I was really nervous as I have always found them painful. The nurse was fantastic, friendly and immediately doing her best to put me at ease. She asked me to ball my fists and rest my bottom on my fists when I laid down to help with seeing my cervix and it made a huge difference to the comfort of the test! No one has ever asked me to do this before. She is a genius and I am left feeling amazed at the swiftness of the test and no pain!! Thank you!

  2. Review titled Great Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Tasha - Posted on 16 November 2022

The doctor was very respectful and very concerned about my health He advised me very clearly on how to take my medications. He is a very good caring doctor. I was very worried about my health when I walked in the doctor's surgery but after I was seen by this doctor I came out feeling much better than before.

  3. Review titled Service above expectations

Rated 5 stars out of 5

In the past this practice has disappointed me in every way but from 2-3 months ago they had had new staff who are polite and go out of their way to help you, the doctors Iv seen have all actually listened to me and have worked with me to resolve any issues Iv had, and the after care I can’t fault at all.

  4. Review titled Maritime Health Partnership all practices

Rated 1 star out of 5

Fed up with being sent constant meaningless texts, expecting us to travel all over the Medway for appointments. We are elderly, my husband has dementia and I have some mobility problems due to osteoarthritis. To get any kind of answer to the simplest of questions means having to go to the surgery in person (can't get through on the phone) and stand in a long queue. Don't think your partnership is any better than what we had before. Worse in fact.

  6. Review titled Unable to book an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 November 2022

Even with a much wider practice now encompassing more surgeries across Medway I was unable to book a face to face appointment when I walked in as there were none showing at all across the practice. I was advised that you can no longer book online on any of the Apps we were encouraged to use and that my only option was to ring at 8 each morning and continually redial. The receptionist was not allowed to access cancelled appointments.

  7. Review titled Phone waiting time

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 21 November 2022

I phoned today 21st November after 14.00 to get my blood test results, i was number 5 in the queue and waited 40 minutes for call to be answered, the call was completed in about 1 minute leaving me wondering why it took 40 minutes assuming that some results would be straightforward as mine were. Maybe the automated system could inform us to prepare for long wait if staffing problems are the reason.

  8. Review titled This practice is rapidly going down hill

Rated 1 star out of 5

by LINDA PARKER - Posted on 31 October 2022

I am very unwell with a kidney infection and no medication. I was not able to book through E Consult. I have been trying to talk to someone for 1hr 30 mins. Nobody has returned my call. There are too many patients registered for the Rainham surgery and lives will be lost this place cannot cope! Its a disgrace that they are still accepting new patients. Avoid!
