Can’t be happier with the service that the nurses here provide. They are so friendly and understanding and I can’t thank them enough for making my appointment go so smoothly!

I have just come off the telephone after joining queue at number 10 and an hour later was still at number 10? Does this mean it is taking an hour to deal with each enquiry?

Review titled Time wasted and money spent

I am a deaf person so I cannot make appointments by telephone, and I was given an appointment by the E Consult service at Maritime Health for a Face to Face appointment to review my medications and give me a checkup which I havent had in several years. This appointment was for 11.45 t the Pentagon surgery though I would have preferred St Marys Island being closer for me. However my wife and I, as my as my carer arrived promptly at 11.45 and successfuly checked in via the machine and the appointment was confirmed so we sat there reading the notices about all the people that do not turn up for their appointments, About 10 minutes later a very nice receptionist comes along and asks us what we are waiting for. We advise and she returns to her computer and then comes back to say that there is no Doctor today at the Pentagon able to see us. What a mess and what a complete lack of organisation. We could have been advised by text or email of this especially when the NHS drive home about how good they are and how we, the patient dont turn up for our appointments. However I would like to stress how good and helpful the receptionist at the Pentagon is and how this person went out of their way to fit me in for another appointment which is far better than one normally receives from the desk.

Just been waiting, and still am, for over one and a half hours for test results. Have been number 2 in the queue for all this time. Thought there might be a fault so rang the other option and have now been number 10 in the queue for the last 25 minutes. What is wrong with this place?
