The GP I saw seemed disinterested in what I had to say. If I hadn't pushed then I don't think they'd have even looked at the issue that I'd sought the consultation for. They didn't ask me how long I'd had the problem for (that's been affecting my mobility for several weeks now) but told me to come back in a few weeks if it hadn't gone. Most unsatisfactory.

Booked 2 tel calls with pharmacy evenings of 7th and 14th July but no one called. Have booked again. Need prescription sorted but utterly unresponsive. What is going on? Not even a mention of women's health or menopause on website. Booked GP call but earliest is 14th August!

I have just had a mirena coil fitted at the husbands bosworth arm of the practice , the service was outstanding thank you so much so professional, kind and gentle.

From calling reception to make appointment was a very stressful experience as receptionist is very rude cuts you off mid sentence to not answer directly just gives rude remark or put on hold mid sentence very unpleasant experience can’t get appointments but doctor has time to write on behalf of receptionist its got worse and worse as there is not many options in the area they seem to think they can treat people like something they trod in bad atmosphere all around I’m afraid that’s if and when you can get through so when she puts the phone down yes another hour trying terrible service should be ashamed you would not be able to act like this in any other job/profession

Rude receptionists you can never get an appointment very poor service it really need to improve its easier just going to a walk in centre.

I called the medical centre to try and get a telephone call with my 91 year old mothers doctor ( I have Power of Attorney) regarding her eye injections . I was told the earliest date was 21st July . I then asked for a face to face appointment and the earliest is 24th July . My mother has two appointments for injections before then and she was very distressed the last time she had to have the injections two weeks ago . The NHS is broken .

Been trying to get through ni answer for over 2 hrs when finally get through was cut off by receptionist Trying to get to see a doctor not been able to get an appointment since Before covid even though consultant st hospital has tried contacting surgery to tell them i Need to be able to see a GP when required due to my severe condition

Staff are good never had a problem until recently called to get an appointment although not urgent was told the next available appointment was 7 weeks away which was then only a telephone call

My Dad had a morning telephone appointment. He needs support with calls, so I came over for 8.30am. It is now 12.30pm and we are still sat waiting. It would really help to have an indication of when you'll be rung, even if it is a 2 hour window. My Dad is stressed with waiting.

I arrived at 8am with 11 people in front of me to try and get and appointment. At 8.15p I was told no appointment's today from a lovely receptionist who was clearly sorry I had to go to Corby Urgent Care under my circumstances. My question is. Why was no appointment available at this early hour?? and what about the other 60 or so people trying to phone for an appointment ?? Disgraceful service
