I had a appointment to see the nurse tbe machine wasn't working so I had to stand in along que for nearly 40 minutes nearly missed my appointment thanks to tbe long que one receptionist on very poor service .

I went in to collect my poorly child’s second bottle of medicine to which I had an ‘owed’ piece of paper to give. The ‘pharmacist’ said that there was nothing on the system so she wouldn’t give me the second bottle as she wasn’t a ‘prescribing pharmacist’ she had absolute zero customer service skills, was rude and shouted at me. I do not expect to be told ‘its not my problem’ from somebody in a position of work that is supposed to help you! I suggest she has some serious training on customer service and also suggest sorting the ‘system’ out as now I’ve walked out of there with my poorly child and no medicine when I clearly handed over a piece of paper that states I am owed another bottle of medicine. Simply not good enough. Will be using misteries from now on where the staff are friendly and actually want to help you.

My GP has helped me hugely with my heart issues over the last few months . I feel like I can be open and honest with him. Thank you for being a caring GP who is patient orientated. I will always feel comfortable using my GP who is a credit to the Market Harborough practice . Thank you for the help and ongoing support.

Having had a fall in the night. My surgery suggested coming to the centre in Market Harborough. After a phonecall I went over and from reception to a nurse and then to X-ray I was treated with the most utmost care. Made me feel very relaxed. I am recommending it to anyone who is asking me about it. So a big thankyou to the the team.

I phoned to day I was actually 2nd in the que only to be told there is no appointments how can there be no appointments if your 2nd in the que? I dread to think what it would be like if you were 30th in the queue the reception staff really need to get a grip and stop being so rude and unhelpful to patients it really is a poor service recieved and being told to constantly go to corby urgent care centre when you don't drive is no use to anybody very poor.

I really don't no why it takes an hour to pick up for the phonelines I was on hold for over an hour just to be told they were at full capacity I could have just gone a@e instead of wanting my time on the phone very poor service received by admin staff.

Having been commenced on digoxin by cardiologist I was running out of tablets. The medical centre nor myself had received a report of any consultation therefore could not repeat any medication which I fully accept. Having been seen in minor illnesses for another problem she was amazing she followed up the next day by chasing this contacting the consultant secretary without any joy. She also made a note to get back to me. I then received a phone call from St Luke’s Sent a link to photograph tablet box prescription sent to pharmacy. Thanks to everyone who helped me get my medication on time. Also have used ring back very impressed with this service keep up the good work Market Harborough Medical centre.

In the past I have taken my 92 year old mother with a terminal illness to have her pessary changed and the pessary was orderered by the receptionist when I booked the appointment. It was a brilliant procedure and service carried out by the nurse. But today, I took my mother to the nurse to be told that nothing had been ordered, when I was previously told by the receptionist that she would order it. So it was a wasted journey for my ill mother. Please can the practice train their receptionists properly or decide who should be ordering the pessaries???

Walk in patient after a fall- all staff excellent and I left the surgery within an hour and a half after X-ray and placement of a pot on broken leg. Recommended!

Hi went for my appointment 8.30 this morning only too be told they had no record of it and my doctor was not in today , after showing proof of my appointment, the receptionist said the doctor was in and had just left, and they had tried to contact me to cancel my appointment, which was untrue . Diabolical service, nobody knows what’s going on in that surgery , absolute carnage!!! You have to wait 6 weeks for the appointment, the surgery keep sending you messages don’t forget your appointment!! I get up early, travel in to harborough extremely nervous as I have autism, and this was how I was treated !!!
