I have been in severe pain with a back problem and having first tried solving the issue myself called my surgery today. My call was handled with care and understanding and a GP (I missed his name) called me the same day. A thorough conversation around my symptoms resulted in a diagnosis, plenty of advice, an anticipation of physio therapy and communication of a number to call if required and an appropriate prescription which is helping already. I was in a bad way physically and pain levels were very high so I was very grateful to receive such swift and supportive treatment from the surgery. I can’t express how relieved I was not to have encountered delays or difficulties in receiving treatment and am grateful for the timely, caring and empathetic way I was helped. Thank you very much.
