    I'm calling for a simple test result. I'm calling during opening hours. I select all the appropriate options and I'm first in the queue, great. Been on hold for 45mins. Then they put the phone down. Waste of time. How can I be first in the queue and no one answers. All bad reviews are accurate.

    Received my yearly letter for a blood pressure review and to contact surgery, for five consecutive days I phoned and was on hold for up to 59 mintes with a hang up or no answer, so left it and then received a text on 03/12 with a link to book appointment only problem I don't own a smart phone so completely useless. This happens every year so hopefully they will read this review and contact me

    One of the worst GP receptionists I’ve come across every single one is sooo rude. Everytime I have a problem I get reminded why I should avoid calling or asking that GP Practice for help I would rather prolong my pain then have to deal with one of them. -The receptionists have no awareness that they work in the health sector and are dealing with sick people - I want to know how these Rude people get a job there? 0 sympathy, understanding and zero attempt for a solution to your pains/problems! Something needs to change how havnt our reviews and feedback not had a single bit of impact I’ve come here for over 10 years and it’s been the same! honestly shameful.
