I recently become unwell with an infection . I filled an online form via Klinik. A care coordinator called me back within the hour and offered me an appointment that morning . I seen an amazing associate practitioner , she could not have been more through , caring and compassionate . Thank you for being so lovely and prescribing the correct medication to deal with my concern. Much appreciated

I recently had an appointment made for me by the 111 service. The appointment was at 4.30 am, which I find remarkable! I was initially met by a nurse and then spent a good half hour with the doctor. I could not fault the service, particularly as my appointment was at 4.30 am with just 3 hours notice.

Review titled Very long waits to get through on the telephone

There never seems to be less than 30-40 people waiting to get through on the telephone, seemingly regardless of the time of day. Often need to wait more than an hour on hold, mostly to be told that appointments are taken and that you need to ring back tomorrow. Getting appointments for children seems to be better however.
