System of phone back, with clear "care navigators" leads to easy and immediate appointments. The 3 doctors I saw over 3 months for two separate conditions, removal of small cyst and identifying and treating trapped nerves were excellent, knowledgeable and caring. Once the difficulties of establishing a new practice had been ironed out this has now become a smooth and very well run surgery.

Doctor was very thorough and polite and ensured that follow ups were done when necessary. Although I have had issues with various admin tasks relating to pharmacy and repeat prescriptions in the past, the actual doctors have all been excellent.

Was supposed to be having a minor op today but I received a text less than half an hour before the appointment telling me that the procedure has been cancelled. This is now the third time this has happened for the same op.The first two times I did at least make it into the surgery before being turned away by the Doctor. That's 3 days I've had to book off work which I won't get back, I'll have to book another one when a new appointment comes back through but I have no confidence that the same thing won't happen again. I've waited well over a year for this one and to receive a text with no explanation less than 30 minutes before the appointment isn't really good enough. While I appreciate " things happen " they seem to be happening more often than not. Here's hoping I get a fourth appointment soon so I can finally get this procedure done. Kind regards Jamie

I am extremely impressed by the compassionate care and understanding received in my diagnosis this week, and the speed it has been dealt with. Both the Doctor and Practice Nurse have been excellent.

I came to see Dr S (I have seen him on a couple of occasions) and i can honestly say he is the epitome of what a Doctor should be. Kind and caring and compassionate. I was upset during some parts and he is very mild mannered and understanding. I feel at ease with him, he’s very reassuring and just has a very approachable manner. He took me to Nurse E for a blood sample and she was equally as friendly professional and kind. She said she came into this job wanting to make people feel comfortable and she did just that. Just came across as a really nice person. Both of these are an asset to Mawsley Surgery.

The practice was as efficient and helpful as always. Only a short wait before being seen and nurse was very apologetic for keeping me waiting.

A experienced a detailed annual review by the Practice Nurse, who was excellent.ashe took a number of blood tests, my weight, height and blood pressure. I returned the following day with a urine sample.

As a carer with anxiety I was listened to & Encourage by the kindness & thorough examination given to me by Dr Other tests were done promptly & I feel confident in the Mawsley practice, nurses Also very informative.Thanku all.
