I always received a good service from this Surgery. I attended Surgery today and seen by a lady doctor. I am very pleased the way she spoke to me and took my details. She was very polite throughout my appointment. She thoroughly checked my details and medical history on the system regarding my query and answered all the questions I wanted to know. She even shown me the diagram of the human boday and explained to me what the issue is. Thank you and I strongly recommend this Surgery.

The menopause session that was delivered to Spectrum Community Health was really excellent at all levels. Very informative and extremely supportive. Would love to see more sessions for all staff at Spectem.

Following a couple of appointments where I felt a little dismissed, probably due to a lack of time to fully explain. I was seen by a nurse who took me seriously and was very understanding, she arranged for me to See another clinician who was nothing short of amazing! She listened, looked back at my history and validated my 2 previous experiences without laying blame to any of her colleagues. I now feel that I can confidently move forward and tackle my health concerns. A massive thank you to both these clinicians
