On friday 17th January, 2025 I phoned a script to my pharmacy for 2 medications explaining I only had 6 days dosage left on 1 of the 2 ordered. Today, 27th January,2025 I phoned the pharmacy and enquired why I had not received my medication. I was advised that my Dr's surgery had not sent the necessary prescription to my pharmacy. I then Today, 27th January, 2025 phoned the surgery and they advised that they had not to date, received the prescription from the pharmacy!! Somewhere along the line someone is not being honest...the medication I am still waiting for has been newly prescribed by my consultant due to a very problematic breathing problem. It is now going into the 4th day without the medication. I have no idea who is tobblame for this delay but wonder if others have experienced this problem??

I registered at this surgery about 3 months ago in the hope of getting easier appointments and also hoping that this surgery has online appointment functionality. Since the last 3 months, I have tried several times and not managed to get an appointment. There is no online appointment facility and a standard response every time I have called for appointment is - "try calling tomorrow". It has not helped for the last 3 months. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I’ve been at this practice for 14 years and have been well looked after. The Doctors and Nurses I have seen over the years are so helpful, empathetic and take the time to explain where possible diagnoses and plans of action. The admin staff are very polite and very helpful. All in all, big thumbs up and thank you to all the staff, particularly as the last few years have been so difficult.
