I make an appointment for my baby because he has nails fungus and it’s itching him and he cries a lot, we was at the gp with this problem and she gives us just a cream of course she gives us the cream on photographing she doesn’t examines us, and now I try to make again an appointment with it was cancelled they think it’s not a emergency of course but I explained them about nails off my baby they changed the form witch it isn’t ok, this situation with the cancellation it’s not a first time and girls on reception spoke with me too bad when I explained them the situation, omg this is a baby but they doesn’t care of course

Really impressed with the ease of getting an appointment with the physio. He was able to give a diagnosis and manipulation to my shoulder and was happy to book a follow up. Thank you

Try to book online as recorded message says cannot book on phone , online message says at 8am temporarily unavailable call the surgery was caller number 8 for 17 mins got to caller number 2 and it took 35 mins to get that far to be told no apps at not even 8.40 what are you supposed to do this happens too frequently and then your taking on new patients how is that a duty of care I work in a GP surgery in northampton and the service at this surgery is appalling and I shall ask the surgery I work to see my son as this is terrible cannot book routine appointments so what are patients supposed to do call 111 to be told will we send your surgery a report to go round the same circles!

They are quite busy , but once you get an appointment and you get to see the doctor, everybody is quite friendly and they look after you and make sure everything is thoroughly checked up.
