Welcomed by a great nurse who listened and helped. They showed me empathy with no rush or constraints, I left with a plan of treatment, a small laugh and a much needed hug. Sorry I don’t remember your name room 1

I have called Meadowside Centre few times in March 2023 with different problems, some urgent , some not, but every time I have been helped and I felt understood; the receptionists are very warm and they try to do their best to help, doctors are also empathic and even on a phone appointment it was easy to talk to. Been impressed with the services provided and the professionalism showed. I would recommend Meadowside to family and friends. Only one thing to mention as a minus, sometimes the line drops in the middle of conversation and it seems that they can’t hear me… hopefully this will be fixed in the future. Apart from that, I can say there is a big difference comparing to the previous years, Meadowside getting more organised , more efficient and more welcome. Thank you to all Meadowside Centre team.

We have recently moved to the area and been overwhelmed by the service offered at Meadowside. The staff are out of this world, helpful and considerate. I was invited to a full health review prior to releasing my prescriptions. I had covid so the nurse rang me, went through all of my concerns and ensured I was taking the most appropriate medicines, made a referral to the doctor and reassured my concerns. Excellent all round service
