The staff are friendly and even though it’s a busy place they always managed to work really hard with a smile on their face

Friendliness of receptionist and respect from physiotherapist. He gave me time to explain my problems, asked relevant questions and took time to explain his recommendations and his thoughts on the cause of pain. I felt much relieved after the consultation. Unfortunately i was instructed to contact Basildon hospital XRay to make an appointment....i have so far spent 4 x 1/2 hour tries to get someone to answe the hospital phone to no avail....nobody is answering...i will keep trying.

Went for an ECG at the medic house and the machine did not work which happens. Problem is this was some time a?o and no one as got back to me regards to where me go from here.

I had my blood test done by a very nice nurse and she took a lot of care and I had it done without any bruising to my arm.

Doctor listened to our concerns for babies rare syndrome and agreed baby needed a referral to a specialist which she would do for us.

Doctor didn't no what she was doing googled to see what it could be and asked me to point at the picture that my eyes looked like not very professional and even took a phone call while I was there

Very quick at answering the phone and I got an early morning appointment Friendly doctor great with my little girl And gave a future plan if things don’t get better and checked on a referral for me

No body seemed to be aware of the fact that I had suffered a heart attack even though my wife had hand delivered my discharge letter the day I came out of hospital I had to call Appledore to make an appointment for a blood test even though the letter stated the GP should arrange this.
