   I just want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by a particular receptionist at [riley house- Moorfield ]. She is always incredibly helpful, empathetic, and supportive. Her caring and professional attitude makes such a difference, especially when dealing with health concerns. Despite how busy the surgery can get, she remains polite, patient, and understanding, ensuring that every patient feels heard and valued. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their role, and I truly appreciate the kindness and efficiency she brings to every interaction. Thank you. She knows who she is. Just asking me if I was okay made me feel 100 times better as I’m going through depression right now. She’s an asset and colleagues could learn a lot from this individual. thank you
