Did not have to wait for an appointment, and was within twenty four hours. Appointment on time and was informative and reassuring.

The visit was for travel jabs. Waiting room is comfortable with some things of interest on the screens. I was called in about 4 minutes late. The nurse explained the options and recommendations clearly. Jabs were carefully administered. So only minor discomfort.

I did my back in, which left me in agony. Arranged a phone consultation as I was not able to get to the surgery. Dr phoned me less than an hour after requesting the call. We had a quick chat, I answered some questions, and he left a prescription at the pharmacy. Ideal, saved me having to go there, and took less time than a face to face consultation.

Received phone call from a doctor on time and date given, as ever. Care and consideration given with follow up help promised. Know this will happen as have never known such a helpful and reliable service from any GP practice. Requests are always dealt with promptly and efficiently and this surgery thoroughly deserves its outstanding award. Can’t praise it enough!

Friendly and helpful. Online assessment are easy and very efficient. Never have bad experience at all. All the problems are taken seriously.

I saw a nurse on my recent appointment who must be recommended for her friendly and positive attitude as I have found all the staff. I feel very happy with phone consultations and know that I would be seen by a medical practitioner if necessary

I have recently joined the Medwyn Practice & have had good communication @ prompt replies to the online service. I was recently seen the same day as an online appointment request. This allied any doubts & fears I had over my condition.

My impression of this practice is overall positive, setting aside one frustrating but relatively minor experience trying to pin down a prescription. You can send a message and the practice is quite responsive. I've had emails and phone calls from the GPs.
