I attended for a blood test for which I saw the nurse. She was inviting and put me at ease. The procedure was quick and she took the time afterwards to answer my questions and relate to my current circumstances. It was reassuring in practical terms but also to be seen as an individual not just another patient number. I’m really grateful for all the above.

Always get seen promptly, whether it's me, husband or children. Also get peace of mind and reassurance, referred with breast lumps, bloods, pain etc

Medwyn is an exceptional GP branch - whenever I have requested an appointment they have responded within hours to provide an appointment at a time to suit me and either online or in person according to my preference. The doctors and nurses I have seen over the past ten years have all been caring, kind and helpful. I feel very lucky to receive such good care.

Medwyn has always been a very supportive GP surgery offering appointments quickly the web sight is easy to navigate and usually get a call back within a couple of hours

I needed to speak to a doctor just before the surgery closed on Friday evening. The receptionist made sure she contacted a doctor and I received a phone call and prescription for antibiotics so I didn’t need to contact 111

During a diabetic clinic check up in November by blood pressure was slightly raised. The surgery contacted me by text in January and asked me to submit a BP reading. As this was also a little high, they arranged for a doctor to call me to chat about it. Very proactive and left me feeling as if they cared.

I went for a routine asthma check and felt the nurse was extremely helpful and caring. As she was an asthma sufferer herself she really understood the condition. She listened to everything I wanted to ask and prescribed the right medications. A huge thank you to her!
