This practice is efficient, practical, caring and friendly, and is functioning really well in looking after its patients. Appointments are fixed at short notice when needed and they make full use of tests and specialists where necessary to see if there is a problem and diagnose it. The website is very efficient and easy to use and the practice is extremely responsive to anyone who is concerned or worried. I would strongly recommend them,.

Throughout the pandemic and even with the current pressures on the NHS, from my experience, the Medwyn practice continues to offer a great service to its patients. I particularly like the online form to concisely describe the nature of the illness and any concerns when seeking treatment. It has always been followed up with a prompt initial diagnosis telephone call and then a timely face-to-face appointment if required. All of the team work together to put the patient's needs first. This combined with an on-site pharmacy next door with extended opening hours makes this a great facility.

The medwyn surgery provides outstanding and timely care. It is appreciated the high level of care is still available in the community and both the GP’s and nurses are working to maximum capacity- it does not go unnoticed.

Made an online request for a skin complaint that my daughter had. Received a very quick response asking for photographs which was followed up same day by a call from a doctor. Medication prescribed and all sorted now. Very happy with the service and response.

I came to have a leg with cellulitis redressed. The nurse took great care and much time to clean it up before dressing it. I left feeling I had been exceptionally well cared for.
