Its really hard to take appointments with this surgery. Every time I need to wait for atleast 50mins to some one attend the call to book for same day appointment though you call them at 8am they won’t pick the call until 9 and its pure luck if we get a appointment. Not sure whether surgery starts at 8am or they pretend to be busy. Its always like this.

1- Called today (17 May) chasing a referal, I didnt understand receptionists saying a message sent to me or hospital!I asked it again, she raised her voice and with a tone repeated what she said. I asked her not to raise her voice as i dint get it, then she read out the message without saying sorry. Rasing voice won't make me understand but rephrasing does! Respect others please! A bit of care??? Please! :( 2- 3rd day calling asking for an appointment it is fully booked! :(
