My wife who suffered a stroke 4 years ago, started to experience dizzy spells and get constant headaches. On Wednesday 24th July, I called 999 as I was concerned for her well being. She was advised to attend A & E but in the end decided not to. Today Friday 26th July the District Nurse, whom I am not allowed to name, attended our house, without being asked and checked over my wife and pronounced her ok. What a marvellous service.

Its tragic how service at the practise has deteriorated, its become very difficult to speak with a doctor directly. There triage procedure is poor and you often end up speaking to a disinterested member of staff with limited options.

Not using the surgery very often I called them and explained the problem. I was advised to see the first contact physio rather than a GP so an appointment was made. Today I had my appointment. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. I didn’t feel rushed in my appointment and came away with exactly what I needed. She was thorough examining me and took time to give me great advice and exercises. It was exactly what I wanted. What a great surgery we have on our doorstep. Thank you

My daughter was unwell with tonsillitis. The receptionist got in touch quickly and we had an appointment at 10am. The Dr we saw was excellent, and completely incredible with my three year old. The pharmacy then very quickly dispensed the antibiotics and we were off home. Excellent experience

called surgery and asked for an emergency appointment, was sent a link to answer some questions. within half an hour i had a response with an appointment an hour later. The form was easy to use and works well! excellent service and the staff went above and beyond. Doctor on call was very efficient.

I submitted a triage link to the GP and had a call back quickly, I was offered an appointment and all tests were carried out promptly. The surgery were fantastic all round from start to finish. Thank you
