    Very sad at the way Sunnyside has declined. It used to be a busy bustling surgery with 5 or 6 excellent GPs. Now it is like a ghost town. Prescriptions are no longer on time as they are not signed off and after a very upsetting experience today I now have zero confidence in 'the system'. E consults do not work as the categories are too gerealised. I just needed an appointment with my lovely GP to discuss a letter from my consultant asking her to take various steps and bloods checked etc. I needed an urgent prescription today and the practice manager was totally unempathetic and extremely rude. My friends and family have left the surgery. I will have to do the same.

    After spending 20mins on the phone trying to make an appointment, I got through to the receptionist only to be informed that you now have to fill our an Econsult form which could be found on there website. On page 1 of the form you had to pick your problem from a drop down list, my ailment was not listed on the page and would not let me go onto the next page without nominating an ailment. I eventually got to the last page and was sent an unique ref number date and time for a call. It never came.

    Don’t remove this review. I’m telling my true story. I was try to meet a GP with bad health condition such as fever, asthma, wheezing. Receptionist told me you don’t need meet a GP pharmacist will call you. But no body called me. Please investigate this. My question is how can receptionist diagnose my health condition and receptionist has GP power? Taking decisions about my health?. I want reasonable answers. they are playing with humans life. No body call me until now. Please sort out this matter. They can’t work carelessly.

    Had an appointment today for my baby, the doctor was running on time and was super helpful and patient. She gave lots of helpful advice and didn't make me feel rushed at all. On previous occasions, members of staff have let me feed my baby in the waiting room and have been really accommodating.

    So I booked infor a diabetic checkup? But I turn up and they haven't got me booked in . Dreadful service. Then today get home to answer phone message for my telephone consultation??? For what? They keep mucking up big time? Not fit for purpose guys . Get your act together. You make your self a laughing stock. I await your reply. Cheers Steve
